Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and availability can vary. If a specific flower variety or shade is unavailable, we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value, while keeping the overall style and colour palette as close as possible. Where possible, we will try to inform you in advance.

Delivery

Delivery is available within our listed delivery areas. If the recipient is unavailable, we may:

• attempt to contact the recipient/sender, and/or

• leave the order in a safe place (where appropriate), or

• arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).

Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, road closures).
