Delivery dates and time slots

Available delivery dates/time windows are selected at checkout. While we do our best to meet the chosen slot, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed—especially during peak dates.

If the recipient is not available

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is not available, we may contact the recipient/sender for instructions. If a safe place is available and appropriate, we may leave the order there. Otherwise, redelivery may be arranged and may incur an additional fee.

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct. If delivery fails due to incorrect details, we will do our best to help, but additional charges may apply for redelivery.
